At Fabulash Spa & Lounge, we strive to provide every client with a seamless, relaxing experience. To ensure fairness and quality for all, we’ve established the following policies. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, as these help us deliver the best possible service to everyone.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We know that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible!

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling with 12+ Hours’ Notice: No worries! If you notify us more than 12 hours before your appointment, there will be no charge.

  • Cancellations, Rescheduling, or No-Shows within 12 Hours: A fee equal to 50% of the service price will apply. This is because late changes make it difficult for us to fill the spot and impacts our small business.

  • No-Call, No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we’ll kindly require you to prepay 50% of the service cost when booking your next appointment.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’re always willing to discuss exceptional circumstances. If you’re unable to keep your appointment due to unforeseen events, please give us a call or send us a message. In some cases, we may offer a credit for the missed service, which can be applied to your next visit.

Service Repair Policy

We take pride in the quality of our work and want you to feel absolutely delighted with your service. If you notice any issues or need a repair, please reach out to us!

  • 48-Hour Complimentary Repair Period: If something isn’t quite right, let us know within 48 hours of your appointment, and we’ll happily fix it free of charge.

  • After 48 Hours: Repairs requested after this time will be considered a new service and will be subject to additional charges.

Foreign Fill Policy

Our foreign fill prices start at the 2-3 week fill rate, but the final cost depends on the condition of your current lash extensions. We can only proceed with a fill if your existing lashes match the type we use; otherwise, the results may not meet our quality standards. We highly recommend booking a consultation so we can assess your lashes and determine the best course of action.

*Please note that we reserve the right to decline a foreign fill if we believe the outcome will not meet our professional standards or if the service is not feasible.
